London Broil
Tonight's dinner attempt was London Broil. I kinda overcooked it a little bit, but on the whole it was very good. The marinade was red wine, fresh minced garlic, black pepper, italian seasoning, and a little ginger. I think I'm going to marinate it longer next time, as the taste didn't come through quite as strongly as I wanted. |

WTF?
ABC has posted a three page 'news' story about the choice of beer to be served at the 'meeting' between the cop, the professor, and the president. Either it's a very slow news day or this habit the news stations have gotten into with providing 'expert commentary' on every little thing has gotten just a little bit out of hand. |

Argle bargle glop-glyf
Idiot computer died sometime this morning. Diagnosis indicated PSU, which has now been replaced, save for the need for a molex -> SATA power converter so I can actually run my optical drive. All in all, rather annoying day. Though I did get some good news on the job front, so that's nice. (50 bonus points to anyone who knows where the title came from--I kinda doubt anyone will, though) Current Mood:  tired |
